Are you a woman who struggled to receive the emotional support and nurturing you needed as a child? Did your mother’s emotional unavailability, trauma, or dysfunctional patterns leave you feeling unsupported and unloved?

You are not alone. Many women carry the weight of unmet emotional needs from their mothers—leaving them feeling unseen, unheard, unloved, or unworthy. If you’ve experienced confusing or toxic patterns in your relationship with your mother (or other female family members) this group is designed for you.

In a supportive group setting, we’ll explore the impact of the "mother wound" and how it shapes your relationships and sense of self. Together, we’ll work through deep-rooted patterns and replace them with healthier ways of connecting, both with yourself and others. This class is a safe space to share, heal, and grow.

You will discover how to create a sense of belonging and empowerment for yourself, nurturing your way to higher and better way of experiencing life and relationships.

This class can be the first step toward deeper individual work or simply a way to heal within the supportive community of women who understand your experience.

This class will be held on Thursday evenings at 6 pm for 6 weeks starting on March 6. It ends April 10. Each class is 60 minutes in length and will include a synthesis of teaching, leader-facilitated discussion, and some opportunities for individual member sharing. There will be optional guided self-growth assignments in between each weekly class. Group size is limited to 10 members.

Cost is $120 total for all 6 classes. This is an average of only $20 per class - what a fantastic value! You must register and pay in advance. Deadline to register is March 1.

Due to the nature of the group class environment and the limited facilitator resources, no partial or full refunds can be given for classes you miss. If Jennifer must cancel a class due to an unexpected event such as illness or emergency, then an extra class will be added on at the end so that all 6 classes were offered and available.
